Meliodas and Estarossa's Full Founder's are different. Meliodas' Full Counter allows him to only reflect magical attacks whilst Estarossa's Full Counter allows him to reflect physical attacks.

I think Estarossa's is called Revenge Counter, or atleast in the manga.

@@tristansalagoste4486 Nah, revenge counter is the move meliodas used to kill demon hendrickson and tried to use against the ten commandments. SPOILERS From what I understand, the way it went was Chandler created the original magic, 'Full Counter' which counters all magical attacks, Chandler teaches said technique to Meliodas. Meliodas uses Full Counter to create two new original magics, Counter Vanish, the ability to nullify magical attacks, and Revenge Counter, which uses the damage Meliodas takes in battle to create a massive counter attack. Ironically, revenge counter is really similar to the magic of the Original Demon, 'Crisis' , who Chandler was originally part of, which boosts the user's power level in response to the amount of damage they take. When Mael became Estarossa, Gowther copied Full Counter from Chandler and Meliodas's memories to create the physical variant of full counter, and then transplanted it in Mael's memories in the process of him becoming Estarossa.

His full counter reflects physical attacks but meliodas reflects magic attacks but both does double damage

"Purge" is not a unique magic. Every member of the Druids, which includes Zaratras and Hendrickson, are able to use it. It just boils down to a matter of magical power. Stronger Druids can kill stronger Demons. "Ark" is a Goddess clan technique.

i wish estarossa used the the ablilitys he showed he had in the next season, instead of just using full counter. would have had a different outcome in who won and would have made for an even better fight.

Just incase you guys are still confused. Meliodas full counter: reflects and doubles each "Maglical attack" While Estarossa full counter : reflects and doubles each "Physical attack" hope that helped

thats actually not really that accurate, full counter reflects the attack back at MORE THAN DOUBLE, it depends on how much power is put into it. so for example meliodas can reflect it back dozens of times as powerful

@@houseofaction I know, the stronger the attack the stronger the power of the reflected attack, meliodas has his Demon sword lostvayne which makes copies of him self....I read the Manga, I was trying to keep short for them :v

@@saint_blank5065 it actually doesn't double the attack back, thats an incorrect translation. the correct manga translation says that full counter reflects the attack back, and than the full explanation is that depending on how much magical power the user puts into it, the reflected attack can be MORE THAN double, at the very least its MORE THAN double so if an attack has 50hp the reflected attack will have 75 hp at the very least.

Season 3 will be a slap in the face sadly.

Purge is the druid equivalent to arc.

Meliodas can only full counter magical attacks whereas Esstarossa can only full counter physical attacks.

Cant wait for Season 3 - yes there are some noticable bad animation, but honestly it doesnt stop you from enjoying the story. Havent read the manga so I dont have my expectations set. Season 4 Animation gets better for sure!

Again since reactors not paying any ffin attention. How can you think after so many episodes that these full counters are the same...

The anime is dead now, truly a garbage experience past this season.
