  Fun fact most ppl don't know: In 'Ignition Point' when they try to pose as actors to warn Flame King, that's directly taken from Shakespeare's Hamlet. The king in the story is the uncle of the son Hamlet who he later discovers to be his dad's killer so he could ascend to the throne. So Hamlet hires performers to act out a play about the how the king was murdered, studying his uncle's face for guilty reactions. As a Shakespeare enthusiast and someone who's watched Adventure Time every morning before school, i LOVED that they paid tribute to the greats even now :D I suspect the elegant way of speaking was an actual verse but i can't s-s-say for sure lol

  Sorry, but I don't know if I can continue with these sjnce you have already skipped two episodes and both of them are from this season. "Snowball Effect"/"One Krabs Trash" (S3E6) and "Party Pooper Pants" (S3E11). I know people are going to tell me that this may have been accidental and hopefully it was, but it's been over a month since the first instance...maybe even longer when you consider patreon and those episodes still haven't been watched. Again, I hope this gets noticed and it turns out they missed them without realising and they'll come back to watching them. After all, it's only two episodes so far :)

  8:14 did you not understand the show though? aang is different than any avatar before him, he's paving his own path sticking to his morals. maybe because it's a first watch it's not completly clear to you, but they've been laying this narative since book 1. in the fortune teller she tells him he can shape his own desitiny, in the swamp and guru episodes he learns everyone and every elements are the same in their core. the roku and sozin episode when the lesson he took is that everyone is capable of great good and evil, the ying and yang fish in the north pole. aang is very spiritual and has an understanding of the situation that is deeper than his friends have. he's completly right, the worst people are still people. if he doesn't have to take a life, he shouldn't, and there's no reason for him not to try and find a different solution

  6:07 That machine with the two black spots on top (to the left of the phone) is one of the original modems. Those black spots are where you physically plug in the phone handset (like a virtual human, listening and speaking to the phone through the handset). We are talking about 300 baud (characters per second) (more or less possible, but his is my recollection).

  Another problem schools have is that there are schools that have a 4 minute period in between classes and teachers expect us to use the bathroom in that time span and still expect us to make it to class on time. If not, we get in trouble, and they won't allow us to use the bathroom during class

  It’s really refreshing to see reactors who appreciate what a great character Azula is. Most just despise her as a whole, but you guys really seem to appreciate how great of a villain she is, and the fact that at the end of the day, she’s still a teenager that is deeply emotionally damaged.   They’ve been hinting at Mai and Zuko’s involvement since the first episode that Mai was in, and even in the flashback to them as children in Zuko Alone they hinted that they’ve had some sort of involvement since they were kids. It only seems “out of nowhere” because neither of you pay attention to the details and seem to have the memories of a goldfish.

  Zuko and Mai’s relationship didn’t come out of nowhere, you guys just talk over every single detail and miss all the nuance and foreshadowing, and then seem incapable of actually remembering anything that happened more than one episode ago on top of that. They’ve showed hints that there something between Mai and Zuko multiple times over season 2, you two just don’t seem to stop talking long enough to pay attention.

  No, why would it? As long as rotation speed is the same, there's no real difference, except sunrise and sunset are in opposite directions

  In the long run it would slowly push the Moon inwards rather than away, but I don't think it would matter in the time scales before the Sun dies.

  @@leok7193 Earth and Moon try to get each other tidally locked. Right now, their spins are in the same direction but the Moon goes slower (28 days vs 1 day) so what happens is that the Moon's tidal forces slow Earth's rotation down (to the target of 28 day period). However, total angular momentum needs to remain the same, so as Earth slows its spin, Moon receives that angular momentum and moves faster (in terms of orbital speed, not period). Faster orbit is higher orbit, so Moon's orbit is being raised by that process. Now, if Earth was rotating in the opposite direction, they would still try to get each other tidally locked - but starting from the other end: the Earth's spin would still be slowing down (with the same target: reverse it and then get it to 28 days forward), and the Moon would still capture any angular momentum taken from Earth. But this time, the extra angular momentum captured this way would be the opposite of before, and therefore would slow the Moon down in its orbit. Slower orbit is lower orbit, so the Moon would be dragged closer by that process. tl;dr: the process that is currently raising the orbit of the Moon would be reversed.

  Good lord, I was really hoping to like your channel and gave it several videos to give you a chance, but you guys just don’t stop talking at all, and miss so many important things because of it! You just ramble back and forth constantly and talk right over important dialogue and scenes, and as a result end up asking questions that were already answered if you had just paid attention in the first place. I don’t expect reactors to just sit in silence and say nothing, but most have the sense to at least pause what they’re watching before going on a diatribe.

  I actually, at this very minute can't get one of the diabetes meds I need to live safely because it's all on back order at my pharmacy because everyone is using it just to lose weight and my pharmacy can't get it in stocks for those of us who need ir to survive. I'm actually really scared. I almost died before I started taking this medicine it has made an extreme difference for me, and now I'm without it for an unknown amount of time. So I'm really glad South Park did this special, maybe it will make some kind of an impact on society, and people like me will have an easier time getting our meds.
