We’re not sure if Tatsumi is actually a priest. In Obbligato, he says he is not one, but he says he is upon meeting Anzu(in his first idol story). And he denies it again in the main story. I think it would be safe to assume that Tatsumi isn’t a priest, as it would be incredibly difficult to manage both idol work and a church. Best wishes ^^
