Great conversation! Tons of takeaways for those that have ambitions of starting a company one day.
I’m 25, been listening since I was 18 and never commented. But wanted to say I enjoy these segments.

Took you 7 years to say that?
I say this with all due respect to Colin himself and his other guests, she’s the most informative guest he’s had. She’s not only smart but able to articulate and communicate real advice in an effective way. Gives tangible real information. A lot of guests talk a lot with saying very little. When she talks she says a lot. Best guest he’s had. This woman is playing chess, Colin better be taking notes
Definitely do more with guests who can go deeper on business/career/trends.
She was great at barstool, happy to she she’s thriving
Beauty, brains, and ambition amongst other tremendous qualities she possesses. She’s spectacular. Dave having her as CEO was an absolute steal.
This was an excellent conversation
This was one of the best episodes so far. As someone who was in a Senior Director Management role, I loved the wisdom and the range of topics. Someday I hope to start a company and hire my own staff to accomplish something fun.
Great stuff, Colin 😊
I never knew she was the CEO of Barstool Sports for the whole time she was there. That is something not all CEOs can do: let your true stars shine, just like she did. Good for her!
Great interview Colin with Erika she is great n so happy for her success her great talent n hard work is a success to her n a tribute to her parents raising her. Miss her at barstool but very interested in her future keep growing love ur show
Love this interview Colin. Always wondered what your thoughts on Barstool were.
Great content
Best one yet
42:53 FYI - I 100% would not have paid to listen to this or anything else on this channel, but I have no problem listening to ads on this channel.
This Chick is great but she’s never looking at the camera …

She’s probably got a monitor and her computer cam. For me on zooms, I put the person I’m talking to on the big monitor but my camera is on my laptop to the side. I try to look at the camera when talking but it’s more natural to look at the person (other monitor) when talking to them
4k views is crazy lol

People are watching Colin for sports not career advice. Anyway, their loss. Tbh Colin should split this out to a separate business/ sportscasting channel.
Is Erika flirting?
I see no black guests are welcomed on your show except drama queen Shannon Sharpe who is just signed to the Volume network.
This was a great convo. But Erica cheated on her husband and two kids with her squash instructor and they ran off and got married. Wild story.

Why didn't you ask her about cheating on her husband?

Lmao
I like her but I get a sense she felt like she was having a good hair day and was constantly doing a photoshoot
A woman talking about sports lol.
