I don't think they were relaxed bro, the penalty dropped their morale quite a lot. Look again, you can see they became disorganised right before Palmer shoots in the Hattrick.

This is football, what goes around comes around. Bit of bad luck, a bit of bad ref., The important thing we saw a fighting squad and this is what we need for the time. It's not a big thing to lose away to Chelsea, the points lost in many easier matches is our real problem, hope we learned our lesson for the next season
