U are right, some ppl watch a sport because of a certain player. If there is no new player that is worth spending ur time to watch u lose interest in d sport and go for another, examples are Hamilton in F1, Tiger in Golf, d Federer&Nadal and Lendl&McEnroe rivalries in Tennis. They draw neutrals to their sport. Even Usain Bolt in Atheletics

I mean to have a head coaching job this long when you started so young says enough. Who knew the "young" villain LeBron in Miami would be 38 years old and on his way out one day, it's bittersweet.

In terms of game and fitness preparation, Lebron was best matched while playing in Miami. The franchise has such a focus on fitness, etc. which Lebron excels at--model player in that regard (among a host of other areas of course). But Lebron's shown he could be great anywhere.

LeBron is clearly not normal though. Having a bad situation at a very young age and suddenly taking full control of your entire own and next few generations destinies by dragging them to almost certainly greater things long after he's gone. Can't undermine how crazy that is in such a short period of time from this guy. None of us can do that on a level even close to that.

People acting like this is so crazy he’s been playing for 20 years! This era is the softest and geared towards offense and the medicine is so advanced. Do we believe Tom Brady could play as long as he’s playing now if he played in the 80s and 90s? Just like the NBA the NFL is soft and gear towards offense. Longevity today in sports is so much easier than it was 30 to 40 years ago.
