being not able to speak a language perfectly does not make someone stupid, in America, well actually North America, because according to the world map there's a Central and South America, anyways in North America there are professionals who are poor in english and still make way more money than people who speak very well english, ex: we have doctors who one can't understand what they write and speak poor english, the only thing that is not poor is their wallet.
