"Pessimism is mediocrity" Carlos Slim Damn, that really touched me.

Of all the billionaires Carlos Slim is one of those I always have a soft spot for. I never knew why until today. He has well thought out and clever answers. He does not care how he will be remembered. He lives his life. He simply crushes this idea that you must give away money so that you look good to the world. You must rather focus on life changing projects. My type of guy.

he knew the arguments and brought up inequity on his own 4 years ago. he has a conscience, maybe some is worth listening to and some the sales pitch. he made cash. 24:48 medical advice from carlos slim 29:00 he almost sold me on spending efforts fighting poverty as my thing to sell, halping people help themselves until i forget how the exploitation by maybe him certainly others is a major cause of poverty. education may be the fix more than expecting wolves to stop, not to be harsh just a metaphor, i saw faster reigndeer today, they are growing and not so easy prey. 34:00 not giving money to the govt isn't a bad idea. doesn't stop one from focusing that effort if one wanted too. Can't take it with you. hate to not leave your empire and legacy for your family, company wealth is one assumes legitimately tied to company assets and jobs. Maybe he's got another 400 billion stashed there we don't even know about that'd be funny. he said give 300 billion as half his assets, maybe its only in his head all that/ those companies are all his, maybe they are and still not counted in his i thought 50-70 billion. sorry, nice you came n popped out though.
