as jose said, he didnt agree with what Eric did, but at the same time, you cant blame him since the game didn't go as planned, and after it having some bellend swearing at you in front of your family, you cant really control yourself, making it hard justifying punishment.

if you can't take the heat, you shouldn't be playing professional football. Dier is a trash player and justifiably should be criticised

I am not a Jose fan usually but I really liked how he handled this. Obviously you cant go into the stands, but of course if you feel your family are under threat in any way you are going to react. Jose stuck up for him in the right way.

Nobody who understands the game blames his man management (well, he can't handle spoiled children like in Utd btw). He's great with adult men. Jose's main problem is that his football is outdated from the rising standards of physicality in today's game: his team are averaging less than 100 km per match, which was good some 10 years ago, but is insufficient in modern football by 10 to 20 kms

Jose is a fantastic thinker when he speaks.

I think Jose likes when players go off. I remember when Rashford got a red card and I thought Jose would be angry because it meant playing with 10 men for about 20 minutes, United won the game, but Jose just said that he was a young boy, he showed fire and he will learn.
