Purchase Date/Quantity: Jan. 18, 2021 / 2x ErgoChair Recline models Use Case: Adult-use (Average Build) Three days per week in a home office setting Currently Broken: Lower Backrest Raise and Lower adjustment arm Leg rest guide rails for the second time Resolution: I reached out to customer service via chat, and they are unwilling to replace any of the broken parts because it is out of the one-year warranty. They directed me to the replacement parts portion of the website. 1 Year Review and Final thoughts: It is a comfortable chair, but I would not recommend it for home office use, and it will not hold up to commercial use. It would be nice to see Autonomous stand behind their products, as I was pleased until the product started falling apart. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the purchase of the Ergochair Recline model. The chair is engineered poorly for the price, so if you are going to purchase one, plan on replacing parts.

My pro came with a leg rest. Cool.

I would consider buying pro if you can get at half price 😏 otherwise I'd invest in herman miller aeron or haworth fern-my current chair. Also my work uses steelcase v2 very comfy but mesh is better

I think that's a good consideration. They keep raising prices because of their phony clout. I should have made that point in the video.

The ErgoChair Pro is only 399€ in Germany over the Core ( with head- & legrest ) coming in at 349€. I'm inclined to buy the Pro and hope those wobbles won't bug me that much.

I would say there are probably better choices for less than $500. Go to your local Staples. You'll probably find one you like.

I think they’re still pretty shady for deleting poor reviews, but….there a even more shady companies making awful “Gaming” chairs. I have a Pro and it’s pretty decent.
