Love the vintage look. I ordered one
Regarding the length of the power supply cable- just get a desk-mounted surge protector and plug it into that. Then the cable doesn't move when you adjust the height.

I do that with my other desks. Not everyone wants to do that though
Is it possible to install the onboard control panel on the left hand side of the desk?
