But EPFO is interpretataing the Judgement of Honourable SC and not considering the cases of pensioners those who have retired before 01/09/2014. Hence the leaders to go for revision of SC judgement.

But no such extension of 31st May, 2024 is being reflected in MEMBER e-SEWA portal of EPFO. Could you please advise how we can submit application for getting pension on higher wages by the 31st May, 2024?

EPFO has unnecessaryly harash the old pensioners.AfterSC order epfo mis interpreted the version of Apex court.Modiji& Bhupendra ji should personally do something for old PENSIONERS.

The EPFO is happy to delay as much as possible so that they can extract as much money as possible as interest for the balance to be deposited by the poor pensioner and they are not responsible for paying any interest of arrears of higher pension to be settled. The SC should take serious lapse by EPFO.

I feel govt is delaying the matter, they don't want to pay even Rs 7,500+ Da . May be they are holding for june24 Lok sabha election results If Bjp come then only there is bleek possibility. Very sorry picture , forget higher Pension. If we get 7,500+Da+ health benefit it will be like bathing in Ganges and fell contented 😮

If last Basic drawm was Rs 6,500/- Please tell the real fate. In 2004 UAN concept was not there. Later Uan concept came Also epfo told that people with basis Rs 15,000/- are only applicable for higher pension.please tell me my fate of Rs 6,500/- basis. Pls discuss with your experts and let me know

I think noone wants to hear lectures by several channels. These channels should come forward to support the legitimate demand of EPS 95 pensioner's demand of Rs 7500+ Rs 1500 DA+ mefical facilities.

Truly we all are looking forward to receive minimum Rs 7500+ Medical benefits from Modiji. All vote will go to BJP, if they work out this plan for us. Most of us are 70 plus and having dependent children with us. I am an educated person and getting less than Rs 1700/ as monthly Pension. Please explain how a person can survive with this small amount? Govt has to take this issue very very seriously and come out with a real solution. All through my Career I have worked in a Private sector. Thanks
