केवल इपीएस से संबंधित जानकारी बताने या जानने से कुछ नही होगा जब तक आप इन नियमों को कर्मचारी हितेशी नही बनवाते हैं । इसके लिये कर्मचारियों को संबंधित मंत्री तक अपनी बात पहुँचाना होगी । इपीएस 95 को लागू हुए 15 साल होने आये लेकिन अभी तक मिनिमम पेन्शन 1000 रुपये ही है । इस पिरियड में महँगाई के अनुसार मिनिमम पेन्शन बढती तो 20/25 गुना तो हो जाती लेकिन नायम में समय पर संशोधन नही करवाया गया और आज 7500 मिनिमम पेन्शन के लिये भी संघर्ष करना पड रहा है ।

ओपीएस जैसी योजना प्रायवेट कर्मचारी को भी लागू करने के लिये मैं प्रायवेट एम्प्यायर का पूर्ण 12% (ना कि 15000 cap वेतन का 8.33%) इपीएस में दिया जाना प्रस्तावित करता हूँ ताकि कर्मचारी को वृध्दावस्था में ओपीएस जैसी अच्छी पेन्शन मिल सके ।

Excellent Information and presentation. The point of EPS is not really logical for rejecting Exempted trust, earlier when the upper limit was enhanced from Rs.5000 to 6500 and from 6500 to 15000 most of the Exempted trusts did not incorporate or amended the bye-law. Then the EPS increased the pension accordingly without checking or questioning the bye laws. I dont know how they are raising this question now. I think there will be a prolonged legal battle in Supreme Court.

I hv worked with three compsnies,for about 33years snd got pension of Rs 2305,0PPO clearly dictate the tanure of 33years,but jt option form given to last one, where I got superannuiated, but mention the pf account numbers of previous companies. Hw to proceed further

mere employer nu aaj tak 7/6/2024 tak approval ya rejection nahi kiya he. jab ki uski aakhari date 31/5/2024 nikal gai ye. mere employer (bank) ka kahen ahe ke RBI ke record keeping rules ke mutabiq 10 saal se jyadaka record(salary ka record) na rakhe to bhi valid he. esy liye employer ke pass 10 sal se purana salary,PF ya pension ka record nahi hone se vo details load nahi kar shakta. me meri salary ka pura record employer ke diya to ab employer ab bata raha he ke File upload nahi hoti. ab kya hoga? last date nikal gai he. Yes there is an issue with trust rules. If any exempted trust specifically mentions that higher wage CONTRIBUTION is not allowed then EPFO is rejecting such forms. So trust rules are important

There are two types of pension in existance under eps 95 (1) Lower pension (min. 1000/- & max. 7500/-) fix on retirement corresponding to employer contribution of 8.33% of cap amount of Rs. 15000/- (i.e. 1250/-) and without dearness relief (2) Higher pension as per order of Honourable Supreme Court fix as per prorata basis on retirement corresponding to contribution of 8.33% of basic salary + DA and without dearness relief. (3) We need pension corresponding to employer contribution of 12% on full basic pay+DA and this should be exact 50% of basic pay+DA at the time of retirement and with provision of Dearness relief in each half year. For this pension if contribution require more then 20.33% (12% of employer and 8.33% of employee) may be given to eps and contribution of 3.67% only in epf from employee. Please note that home take salary will remain same under this option also. You may please prepare scheme as per (3) which is most favourable from employee point of view.

Regarding EPF95, i have applied for higher pension and all procedures completed I got the demand letter on July 23 and on the same month I have deposited my 29 lac amount as per the demand letter letter. Now till 14 th feb they have hide the calculation by which higher pension will be given. They have fooled the pensioners. Next till now they have not disbursed the higher pension, but in their case they have taken interest amount monthly but in our case from july23 till now they have not paid me the higher pension , in this case also they have fooling the pensioners.

There is no provision for exit after 10yrs.Only option is pension. Spouse gets half the member pension. Before 10yrs only member can withdraw. Spouse cannot claim withdrawal. Only option is pension. As part of response to initial uploads by employer, EPFO is asking employer to provide "proof of remittance to higher ceiling of 5000/6500". What document should the employer provide for this? Any idea?

@@Valueaddition-Harshwardhan sorry I made a mistake. Their letter says "proof of remittance in pension fund in wages exceeding the prevalent wafe ceiling of 5000/6500 if any, not attached". What i understand is - We have never contributed to pension fund above the limit of 5000/6500. We will be contributing if we go for higher pension. So effectively this means the reply to their query should be "no remittance made in pension fund on wages exceeding 5000/6500". Have i understood right?

Sorry for late reply. You have to provide a proof that your PF was always deducted on actual wages and not cieling. And all such amount was deposited in your PF account. As there was no provision to contribute on higher wages to EPS earlier, all this extra money was left in your PF. This is the only proof you need to submit. Your query shud be answered with respect to the PF contribution only and not pension contribution.

I am opted for higher pention. Till date not received any demand letter fron epfo. Now, I am quite confused about this scheme. Can I exit from this scheme?

Mostly CPSEs have rules which allowed higher pension. Only bhilai steel plant didn't have rules like that.

Mere abhi takriban 12 yrars bache hain.....agar main higher option leta, tih jo maine calculation kia hai, mujhe 75 lacs amount kam milta(1.5 crores ki jagah 75 lacs)....now on pro rata basis, it would take atleast 23 years to break even....i will show yiu my calcukation tomirrow...i better not opted the scheme......

Sir. Agar aapka PF actual basic plus DA pe kat Raha hai tab hi aab eligible hai higher pension k liye. Ceiling oe agar employer PF kat Raha hai to higher pension nahi milegi.

My recovery show in EPFO site is Rs. 4950000/-as on 30-09-2023. every month charging is Rs 4000 every month. No communication by EPFO . Shows pending with EPFO. New Delhi . By seeing amount I have left hopes cancelling higher Pention . Guide. I am not willing to pay such higher amount Devendra Garse MTNL.

Sir the amount payable must be very high. But you may be in net profit of you are able to survive till 69 yrs. Breakeven for higher pension is coming nearly at 69 years. So taking into consideration the arrears and pension amount,higher pension is financially beneficial only if you survive till 69. If you cudnt survive then you may not be able to recover it even when your spouse might get half the pension.

Dear Sir, I have come to know that employees do not want eps95 pension which give min. 1000/- and max 7500/- after so many years which will have no value at that time and therefore they take break in service so that before completing continous 10 year service, they are enable to withdraw their eps amount. Epfo and govt. should think about it that they do not want such meager pension after so many years. Pension of employee should be such that employee can live comfortably otherwise no use of such beggar pension. Either epfo/govt. should increase the pension or remove it. For incteasing the pension if need increase contribution of employer even beyond 12%.

Sir aap apne employer se touch me rahe. Aapke email pe aur employer k email pe dono ko hi intimate kiya jayega EPFO ki aur se. Usi k sath sath aap online application status dekh sakte hai EPFO member portal site se.

Our group of about 400 are private sector retired EPS95 pensioners , all retired post 1.9.2014 &eligible for higher pension. options of those persons who had kept record of actual salaries from 1995 to 2009 and provided to employer, employer approved their options and uploaded their pay and conteibution details in EFO member portal. Our company has pay details of all retired/working employees from 2009. Earlier period pay data is weeded out by company. Hence still for many persons employer not provided pay data/contribution details and not approved their options. Company and the exempted Trust had given a written certificate that they had contributed on actual salary above ceiling salary from 1995 to the date of retirement of all employees. But they had disposed off records before 2009. Pl advice what will be revourse available for most of retirees who could not provide data and still remain to be approved by employer. Request clarification.

मैने ईपीएफओ, हायर पेन्शन के लिए अप्लाय किया हु. लेकिन अभी तक कुछ नही पाया हूं. हमारी उमर बढती जा रही है, इसलिये हमे आपकी पेन्शनही नही चाहिये, हमारे, आपके पास जमा हुआ फंड हमे वापस मिलना चाहिए. तो इसके लिए क्या तरतूद है? जरूर बताईये. हमे अपना फंड वापस मिलने के लिए क्या करना पडेगा? हमे पेन्शनही नही चाहिये

Can you answer 1) which employee contributes max. To govt tax fund govt employee or pvt employee Your answer will be pvt employee because everything is made by pvt. Employee . Even tractor for farmer Melting of iron at 1500 deg is done by pvt employee for solider. But govt is neglecting pvt employee . Q:- from which account govt is paying DA to govt employee. ???
