Sir, I was working under one govt. Organisation since 1973 and due to windup the organization I had to transferred my job in another govt. Organisation and my entire CPF contribution along with the employer contribution was transfer to my present office but FPS amount was lying there. After my superannuation I was getting only Rs. 1800 as pension where as my basic and DA was abount 50000 and the retirement pension was tfere after change to Rs. 1918 and still continuing the same amount. Now please suggest ne how my pension will get increased.

You have raised a very valid question, Sir !! I have gone through the entire Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 and found you were absolutely right in your claim. I suggest you go for RTI Appeal (if within the timeline) else initiate a fresh RTI asking them to provide the basis for their arbitrary calculation of pension. My colleague is also facing the same situation. I feel, something must be hiding to the public by EPFO and certainly it's not our concern. Our concern is whether the pension calculation is as per formula given in the Scheme/ Act or not. Once they have seized with the pensionable salary and pensionable service, they need merely to put those figures in the formula prescribed to arrive at the pension and no gimmicks in the background are scalable. Please update your plan of actions in youtube, so that we are all aware of such issues in future. Regards Sir.

Employers never shown any details about the P.F .Employees worked from November 1971 on wards to 15-11-1995 whoever worked under EFPScheme for a period of 24 years &again continued their services from 16-11-1995 to till they retired at 58 yrs during October 2000(for 5 years under EPS95) whoever also paid P.F Remittance from their salary along with Employer's share to P.F Department .But nothing is mentioned about such old EPS95 Pensioners.. Since still many poor EPS95 Pensioners are alive&receiving very meagre Pension no use of explaining for getting more for those whoever are already getting more than Rs :10 thousand and above per month even without change of EPS95 Pension Norms!!!(acn)26-7-21

Dear Mr. Dass It seems you have gone through a long way to understand PPO workings. Presently I am not commenting about the factors influencing calculation of our monthly pension but it is sure that the adamant beurocrats EPFO official are not sincere at their work. They overlook the mathematical logic. They only follow the laid down way with no renovations. They don't bother and justify for any rectication of flaws. Don't understand the actual capabilities and mindset of Technocrats. We keep ourselves always busy with constructive activities like generation of Electricity, producing locomotive engines, Nuclear Turbines many more in National building activities with our ever progressive attitude least bothering seriously about our future days. We didn't have time for Fundabazi or showing Over smartness. Our deprivation from mere silly amount of few thousand rupees as old age pension is because of sparing them for our 'Let's leave mentality'.

Well it is done on the pro rata basis.. that means the service period from 16/11/1995 to 31/08/2014 where the ceiling of wages was 6500.. so with 2 years of benefit 730 days is also included and any ncp period is subtracted.
