Thanks for this recipe tried this and its awesome so yummy :)

I learned a good tip from an English baker called John Kirkwood, who said that if you are handling soft,wet dough, wet your hands with warm water which enables you to pick up the wet dough to shape it etc.,and it won't stick. Also ,if making crusty bread,spray the tops of the bread with cold water once it is in the oven. Hope this is useful.

Aunty, vegetarian කෙනෙක් ඉන්න නිසා උඩ බිත්තර කහමදය නැතුව කිරි විතරක් පාවිච්චි කලාට කමක් නැද්ද surface එකට apply කරන්න? ඒකටත් ලුනු දාන්න ඕනෙද?

Another tip from John. Instead of dirtying tea towels,use a shower cap to cover the bowl as the dough rises.

I tried this today and it turned out very well . It was soo soft and it resembles a good pide bread that you can ever tast . I tried the same recipe with atta flour adding another 1/2 cup of milk . It was super soft too .
