*These are the settings I used for my Anycubic Mega X 3D Printer with White PLA. These settings are not going to work with every printer, or every PLA. Printers have different length bodin tubes, and PLA’s have different melting points. These may not work exactly for you, but should give you a good base to start with if you have a similar size printer. Good luck!

Thank you, There were some birds out there when I was flying it and they were making all kinds of noises. The paint job is my favorite part she did a great job.

This looks like something that would be great for clearing birds at airports. Wouldn't it be a great to have fun and get paid for doing it?

I just finished my build. I used black PLA and LW-PLA. I'm on the fence over painting it before I maiden it. Thank you Troy! So appreciate your tip on motor braking, that thought never even crossed my mind...

Very nicely done. I built a bald eagle glider years ago from EPP foam, real Bald Eagles have flown right up to it and some have even tried to grab at it with their talons. This was an extension of our club Red Tail Hawk project which several members built and flew successfully. Fun stuff!

Very pretty, and a great stealth airplane! Nice thing about 3D printing is when it break you just print replacement parts. So folks keep in mind 3DP planes are SUPER fragile and with LWPLA every moreso.
Paint job is really good. From the air, could certainly pass for the real thing. 3D printers are fantastic.
This one is amazing with the realistic paint job! Seems all these designs are for 200^3 print space, when I just got a Mini+ with 180^3. Maybe something in the future will fit, because it would be cool to try one out.

Amazing work Troy...I have an RC EP eagle and it flies great, but yours looks so much more realistic and the paint job your wife did was fantastic and so much more true to the eagles plumage...if you ever start selling these I'll definitely be a customer :)

You should spray it with some Dullcoat, it's a little to shiny. Also detail the tail feathers with some edge scallops. All together it's awesome!

Its awesome for making random things. Brackets, cones, stands, any odd thing you need. There are some really cool planes out there too!

yes, especially the control surfaces. the old one only had a V tail and was difficult to control, no ailerons
