  Hey Troy, if u set your cura parameters: surfacemode: Normal and slicing tolerance: exclusiv is your preview model in cura a model without any gaps? mine looks very strange!

  I can see 2 solutions ,one is to integrate a multi turn potentiometer they are generally 10 turns . the other solution is to use an absolute encoder (AS5600) coupled with a counter (ATtiny85) to generate a pwm voltage then you may program the full tension for 5 turns or 100 turns (obviously the precision of the positioning will be less accurate with 100 turns than 5 but you will have a real servo

  Thanks again for posting this. I have a model I bought years ago from 3DLabs, the Swift S1. It's a mare to print, especially F_2.STL, as you need Cura 4.8 and 'filter tiny gaps' for the PLA parts due to the way the mesh has been rendered. Fast forwad 4 years and now we have Eclipson and 3DLabs knocking out some beautiful designs.

  I did it differently..I hooked up one big esc and branched each of the wires coming off it into two. Seems to work okay, but is this going to cause damage in some way?

  Nice. But you have to mention that there is no more 0 positioning feature. Which is not a problem but something you need to keep in mind depending on what you build.
