Neil Adams, the best judoka to ever come out of the UK and now the voice of judo. Wasn't even particulary known for tomoe nage, but it is beautiful.

I do foot sweep to outer hook to large outer reap. forward to backwards to backwards again and the reap sends them flying. Amazing combos that setup other throws. Like side footsweep to circe throw. Or failed uchimata to bodydrop.

Am I the only one saddened to see the lack of class of the majority of winners in this video ? Sure, their technique is great and enjoyable to watch, but I can't shake the feeling they miss the point of practicing judo. Some self-restraint and respect for the opponent maybe ? I have to say, the Japanese guys were the only one with a good attitude. Great work creating this video though. Cheers.

Judo is just sumo for poor & hungry people.
