Hey guys! Happy monday - Hope you enjoy the PC build time lapse! Couple of notes on this one: 1. We ended up swapping out the fans that were showed at the start of the video cos the Thermaltakes looked cooler 2. Airflow setup looks whack because of the reversed fans lol, but for those wondering, rear 120mm fan is actually an intake, push/pull on the CPU cooler towards the front of the case, the bottom 2x 140mm fans are also intake, then we got 3 x 120mm up top as an exhaust! Seems like the optimal airflow setup since the front is mostly blocked off by the screen and the PSU/HDD cage so not much point putting fans there xD Links to all the parts in the desription! I have the same cooler. The fan on the cooler is a pull fan, it pulls cool air through the heats sinks. The fan airflow would exhaust the hot air towards rear of the pc, out of the mesh. You have a fan on mesh blowing air back in towards the exhausting fan?

Myb remove the drive cage from the bottom and put 3x 120mm on bottom as intake instead of 2x 140mm?

You might be referring to the Jonsbo D31 👀 nonetheless, they’re excellent cases. Exactly what I was looking for with my full ATX mobo

Very nice build. Did mine in the black one with 120 in the front for intake, another 120 at the rear for exhaust, 2 140s at the bottom for intake, and 2 140s at the top for exhaust. Really easy to build in and no airflow issues.

Great build. I wish more cases took this approach with mounting the psu at the front. And with micro atx motherboards can also make the cases quite compact without them getting wider like the o11 series.

youre doing something wrong bc even w streaming & youtube playing on my second monitor im still getting over 150+ fps on warzone & zombies w no drops/200 fps easily on reg multi & im using a 3080 w 127k , dont tell me youre playing a competitive game on maxed settings

you put the back fan as intake (Reversed fan) (02:42) and then install CPU cooler exhaust side faced to the back fan (04:13) and theeeeeen instal the 140mm mid fan backward in the CPU cooler to blow air inside the case (04:25) !!!!!!!! 😆🤣 It's all in the video, please don't say I'm wrong

Nope, back is intake, and both fans on the air cooler face the same airflow direction.

The rear fan on the air cooler is a reverse blade fan, you can see it at 3:51 during the unboxing. At 4:11 it is facing the opposite way, now blowing air into the case along with the second fan. Bit confusing hence why I pinned a comment explaining the airflow :)

Im ngl the fact that I spend more than this on my alienware and its half the pc this is. really makes me feel stupid about my purchase. Thats okay though. Lesson learned. Back to building my own pcs in the future
