This is one of the best LTT videos I have seen in a long while. A unique, carefully planned PC build with Yvonne and Linus is such a joy to watch!

SAME, this relationship makes me smile every time.

They really are such a great couple. Infinitely supportive on one another. Perfectly at ease enough to continually make jokes at their own and each others expense. Very similar senses of humour. A lot of what they've done is hard work, but when it comes to them together, it seems to have been kismet that they met and fell in love. Makes watching them on-screen together a real fun experience every single time.

This is a super useful option for doing digital visuals at festivals. I usually have to bring two systems, one for lights/lasers and one for projections, being able to bring a single box that fits in a pelican case and run both is well worth the trade offs for me!

Slot screwdriver heads are for applications where the head might get covered by paint or oil etc. Since it goes from one end to the other it makes it easy to remove any debris that maybe get lodged in it.

Or... it is just because it was easier to manufacture back in the day? Ya know, cutting/Filing a slot in a screw head is a lot easier than making a Philips or Torx.

I love that case, and that color. I have a Dan A4-SFX case right now, it's tiny, but it only has space for a dual slot GPU and not much space for a CPU cooler. With the more power hungry CPUs and GPUs we have now, I'll have to get a different case when I upgrade, and this looks like a compelling option.

Adorable together. Also this concept with this case is a pretty neat idea.

Their chemistry is so natural on camera. more content of the couple pls.

Couples building a PC together is my new favorite thing!

As someone who likes to keep the PC:s I use for various creative stuff separate while still in the same physical space this is a fantastic two in one solution. Will definitely consider this in the future!

Linus is very humble about his marriage so I don’t think you’ll ever hear it from him, but you can tell how much Yvonne loves and respects him despite his flaws. Love to see it

Actually slotted screws are great and used a lot in boat building because when you need to remove something after years of use and you have to take out a bung and clean out glue or putty or rust from the head of the screw it’s easy to clean out and get your screwdriver in. Philips are the worst screw, they were actually designed so the screwdriver would pop out of the screw out so they weren’t over torqued in manufacturing which isn’t necessary any more with modern powered screwdrivers, but because of their ubiquity they’ve stayed popular despite torx, Robertson and other screw types being clearly superior.

This is acutally a fantastic guide. My realworld use case (as a professional video editor) would be for travel. When we fly two editors out to edit event recaps. What a huge space saver! probably takes up the same space (almost) as two mac studios but more powerful.

The nr200 is BY FAR my FAVORITE budget mini itx case to work with. For ~$100 you get a solid design that is easy to work in AND is 19L vs most mini itx cases that are >16. The cooling is fine too without the extra fans (optional purchase for more $) so long as you aren't trying to put in crazy high end components. Currently I have a Ryzen 3600 and stock cooler with a 3060ti. I use it as my travel PC so I don't have to move my main rig and risk a leak from my pump. I can 100% on both the cpu and gpu without thermal throttling on stock bios settings.

The husband and wife banter is better than the build 🤣

Yeah your final thoughts kinda summs up my feelings about this project too. Its super neat anyways, but just build two normal (or itx) systems and stack them, maybe put them below your monitor or if youre really tight on space: nuc or a laptop

Im so happy you chose the 5600 i got one and its sooo cool i have a noctua redux cooler and it doesnt even get above 55c like wow and did i mention this thing is insanly powerfull like it could run a 3080 without too much bottlekneck at all. I think its a bit underrated tbh

Austin Evans: makes 2 PCs in a Corsair 1000D case. Linus: you got some work to do on your technique, sir, because I can do smaller than that!

You can get a Case that is only quarter the Size of the NR200P and just make 2 of them. :D ONLY the PSU ist non-Standard in that Case.
