Ep. 9 Polaris Explorer magnetic front hub assembly

Looking at the front 4x4 hubs on a 2000 Polaris Xplorer. removing and detailed installation of parts. I used ATF fluid in front hubs. see other video on bypassing factory switches.

    ihave the exact same bike. . mine leaks , changed the seal yesterday and today it leaks like a faucet. new seal installed. anyideas what i can do to stop that like. im using atf.

    I need to change the wire with the magnet and i'm stock. I don't know how to pull out the magnet piece.

    It calls for Polaris Demand Drive Hub Fluid. Part #2871654 A lot of people use ATF. I used ATF

    @@narnialord3940 never use gear oil in the front hubs. ATF is a closer substitute should you need something in a pinch.

    @@smallgaragehustletype F transmission fluid works just fine in these hubs, local polaris shop have used it for the past 20 years and never had an issue
