Thanks, I was looking for the problem and reconnecting the wires to their original connections, the last owner made a mess so I decided to bypass all of it thanks to this video, much appreciated

Hi. I have a 1994 Polaris 400L and wanted to put up some tree stands. Wouldn’t start-ended up pulling the cord and it started back up so i loaded it up on truck and took it to the land i was going to hunt. Before taking it off the back of my truck-i asked my buddy to start it first so we didn’t have to get it back on truck if it didn’t work-ended up pulling the starter rope and got it to fire up. Checked and hung some stands. Shut it down-recoil rope wouldn’t rewind so i had a jump box we used- finished and got it back on truck-ended up blowing all my lights!!!!! Talked to my friend that helped me work on machine before-he said the older ones cant be jumped! I fixed and replaced pull rope and all bulbs-the only one i still haven’t fixed is the AWD bulb-it has a different bulb also like the dash cluster does to if I remember right. Still would like to fix this so if anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated! If i would have known this i would have just went and got a new battery! Hope this helps someone so they don’t have to go through what i had too. Have a good day

Help... kzread.infozrOUB0fFgYE Of both hilliards one works fine no matter what side I put it on. The other works as in video but does not turn hub when it is installed either side. Tried all new clutches. No help.. Can get it to "work" if I leave the hub bearing only finger tight, but if torqued as in service manual, it does not... Thanks. Sportsman 500 1998

Appreciate the attempt, but using so much epoxy as well as solder might not be cost effective, it might be cheaper to buy a new tank.

Thank you for the comment! It was a trial for me, i spent $50 on product and used some of the stuff I had laying around. I was quoted $350 for a new tank to be made. so it was worth it for me to try! I’ve been using for a few months and it’s been great!

Aluminium good variant small micro Filling cracks and narrows in metal. Since ancient times, this method has been used in the car factory 😎👍💯 Real good stop The only way to stop rust. Temporary solution. After years, it will be necessary to restore if metal rust will open somewhere in the future. Then again with aluminum tin fusible present.

That turned out really good nice job! i was thinking about it and i think i took that hitch off one of those suburbans we got for free for scrap when we were like 18 from that family from church we got all those cars and truck from. Back when we had to use your dad's truck and trailer. lol that means i have had that hitch lying around for like 13 or 14 years, glad you made something really useful out of it!!
