Awesome Video! Really interesting seeing a different process. At 7:21 that is essentially a wort stability test? What are the little bags and where do you get them?

@@FermentationAdventures sure have! I’ve found that it’s more like a race between the whirl pack and the fermenter. As long as the fermenter has kicked off for a few days before the whirl pack starts blowing up I haven’t noticed any problems.
