Ep 75 - Freediving in Amed
In this episode we end up in Amed just in time to join our good friend Adam’s Freediving Retreat. Freediving is such an important skill to have in this lifestyle on the sea and as a family we all learn something new from the best in the business and smash our PB’s.
We were so honoured to join this awesome group of people for the week. Celebrating together at the end. Thank you so much to the Pressure Project for having us. Your team of instructors were absolutely incredible and we certainly couldn’t have hit those depths without you!

Wow another great episode guys, certainly you all have had a most wonderful time with your free diving course and catching up to your mate who run the course was too good also when you gifted the hand made diving googles to him was fantastic and very moving. Brendo you are too good a person, just make sure that you don’t leave yourself short especially when it comes to fuel, we love watching you and your family and the adventures that we follow you one. Phuckit, your a god dam Aussie and you be loved where ever you go, take care god bless and safe sailing 🙏😇👍⛵️

That freediving course was quite interesting. Too bad... weather can be a such a -----. I've heard that driving in Asia is a lot of "fun".

We loved the freediving retreat and got so much out of it. It’s a great skill to have on a boat.
