Ep 419 | From burn out to Care: Rediscovering joy in Autism Parenting |In Hindi | Part 2/2

In this heartfelt video, we delve into the often-overlooked aspect of parenting: the necessity of taking breaks. As parents, we sometimes forget to pause and care for ourselves, leading to burnout. This discussion emphasizes the importance of self-compassion and self-care, highlighting how these practices are not just beneficial but essential for us to continue providing the best care for our children.
Join me as I talk with Anjali, a parent who found herself overwhelmed and burnt out. Anjali's journey is a powerful testament to the resilience and strength that comes from within. She shares her experience of rediscovering her inner spark, and how this reignited her ability to be the parent she truly wants to be.
This video is not just a story of struggle; it's a beacon of hope and a reminder of the strength that lies in self-care. Anjali's openness and honesty in sharing her journey are both inspiring and instructional. Her story is a powerful message for all parents: taking time for yourself isn't selfish; it's necessary.
We are incredibly thankful and grateful to Anjali for allowing her story to be shared on this public platform. Her experiences are sure to resonate with many and provide valuable insights into navigating the challenges of parenting with renewed energy and perspective.
