    Right on Josh! I got the front and rear bumper and the rock sliders. When to his shop and he installed the rear bumper and rock sliders. Took him less then 4 hours. It was your channel that let me know about him.

    I put that bumper on my 05 a few years ago. Wish I had done the dual swing outs vs the single like you did. If only because it's easier in town when loading/unloading but also at camp. It's kind of a pita to keep working around it. Did the same thing. straight to the powder coat shop. My powder coat failed after less than a year. Got it sandblasted off and just painted the crap out of it. Been great since. I see you already have some rust spots in your PC. Hope that doesn't end up like mine did. Also. Josh is a great resource for 1st gen stuff. I'm still riding on suspension from his shop and we've beaten that stuff up. @1stgenoffroad how did you sideways mount the jerry can holder? Might have to steal that idea.

    Thanks brother. Yeah, I have some surface rust from some areas that didn't get coated. No bubbling yet. It's been on for about 9 months now, but I'm just now sitting down to finish the video. The jerry can holders mounted right up using the side of the holder.

    How are the OME2862 holding up with the extra weight? Did you have to use your bags? Are you considering a different springs with the added weight?

  • @1stgenoffroad

    @1stgenoffroad

    4 ай бұрын

    I've always run the 2862 springs,. I do have airbags as deflated as I can get them. I was fully anticipating having to swap out to a heavier spring. But with the deflated airbags, it really hasn't squatted much. I'm happy with the springs and plan to leave them.

    @@1stgenoffroad Great that good to hear. I’m doing a lil homework for the rear spring with added weight. I would hate to make the wrong choice and buy twice. I’m leaning toward the 2862.
