Ep 23. Keel and keel cap.
Building MHD my next boat.
Last major job before turning it back over. Its been a task flat out for the last 3 days gunna take a break tomorrow and head to the Sunshine coast. I made the cap from 38mmx3mm tube cut in 1/2 i didn't like the bog box section it comes with. cant wait to get it turned back over to start on the floors.

Loving the videos. How much welding experience did you have before starting?

Not a lot learning more as i go. I have done a aluminum boat building coarse it helped with construction techniques. Welding well you just need time on the gun.
Is that unimig 200 pulse with push pull gun or just standard ??

Not standard but the push pull gum is awesome and a must for a job like this

@@therukugorillazaotearoa_ yes made a holder for the roller and drilled a hole in the back of the machine.
