At 8:24 when this tourist lost his passport, did the Chinese authorities forbid him to transit from the DPRK to China?

Can you please tell something about healthcare in North Korea as a tourist? I am curious what will happen if a tourist get sick there and need to see a doctor or have to go to the hospital.

I am a chauffeur & do limo service. One of my customers I got was young 20 something year old girl from South Korea (but grew up in the U.S). She was saying how she did one of the guided tours into Pyongyang, North Korea and she got sick during the trip. Upset stomach and barfed a few times. Basically mild food poisoning and that the tour guides basically gave her sprite or the equivalent of that and said here’s your medicine when asked for medicine.
