Thanks for your videos. I used to play guitar and sing, but w/ PD I can no longer type on computer, or play guitar. However, I seem to be getting my singing voice back a bit with speech therapy. It does feel good, as it was such a big part of my life before Parkinson’s. I am going to get my autoharp fixed up and try to use that soon. Take care, and thanks for sharing your PD journey.

Thanks for the video, Jeremy. I was formally diagnosed in 2009 at the age of 51 but I could have told anyone who cared to listen that something was wrong with me 10 years earlier & a GP mentioned Parkinson's in 2000 from the way I walked into his office. Like you I am on Sinemet as other medications have been a disaster. I worked at a Steel Mill which produced high-manganese steel when my health started to deteriorate, I often wonder if that was a cause. In any case I'm sick of cutting my fingers on sharp knives but try to cook for the kids (it's getting harder though) 😒 I also try to be active & have a busy walking schedule, but everything is catching up with me. I wish you all the best, good luck from Australia & keep up the videos. Paul

Hi Jeremy, I take sinemet 1 tablet 250/25 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm and sinemet 200/50 ×2 tablets at 10pm. I find I'm up at 4am with same tremors as you. This seems to be ok for now except for the wearing off times. Thanks heaps for the videos. Cheers Steve nsw Australia

Hi Jeremy, have you tried CBD (cannabidiol) against the side effects of levodopa? CBD is a very benign drug in itself (barely noticeable effects) but it is said to neutralize some of the side effects from levodopa. You might find some on the internet, but probably not too much - this is still frontline research. Best regards and stay safe!
