@@JustFun-fe7ux everyday Monday to Friday we do rounds in no gi as well as some sort of sparring in the Muay Thai classes which might be boxing or clinching only on some of those days

What an incredibly beautiful place man! Will be there in january-february 2024 for 3-6 months, wanna have my pro mma debut first. I think I will benefit more going there having pro experience, and of course I'll get to train with higher level partners and be taken more seriously.👊

Thanks for the amazing content from Bangtao! 2 questions though i couldn't find out from the videos: - Can you also borrow gear instead of buying it like shinguards or gloves? - Is there a difference in the (MMA) sparring at Bangtao? Do they spar technical / flow sparring a lot? Or does it go a bit harder often? Thanks Peter!

Hey Chris good to hear from you. - we do have equipment you can barrow 👌 - you will be fine at sparring. We have MMA sparring twice a week. Everybody can join and you will always find a partner in your skill level.
It looks amazing. Is the whole camp now bigger than Tiger MT ? Been at TMT three times and loved it, but Bang Tao looks great. Hope to visit by the end of the year

Do you know of any sort of catalogue for the prices of Bangtao rash guards, training shorts/shirts ect & all the pads/gloves they sell at the store?

Id like to stay in Thailand for a year and train muay thai while traveling domestically. Do yall offer muay thai visas and how much is that cost? Thanks

could you do some more video on classes of thaiboxing, bangtao fit, and yoga? Bangtao for now seems focused on bjj and mma. but might be a mistake, just based on the videos.

Hey there! Do you think with very disciplined hygiene can I stay away from staph for 3 months? I'm planning on going there and my only concerned is staph as I've already had it before... Will long sleeves, spats and showers inmediatly after training help?

Hey bro. Personal hygiene is key for sure. The second big factor is overtraining. Most people catch it because they train so hard that they can’t fully recover and over time your immune system gets to weak to fight of infections. So stay clean and make sure you can recover from your training 💪
