Certainly! Ice baths are a must for recovery, especially for daily training. If you haven't tried them yet, come by the recovery center and feel the difference! 💪❄🛁😎
I trained at this gym over 10 years ago when it first opened as a muay thai gym under the name of "nongnapat muay thai" ...good to c the renovation & new outlook. All the best

Great location next to beach! Any resorts, nice hotels close by? Looking to come out with family for 3 week Muay Thai and Grappling vacation(1 year experience old enthusiast).

The best advice would be to do your research. Have a look at client testimonials, google and trip advisor reviews, take a look at the coaching staff and also the location of the gym. Once you have a few places picked out, contact the gyms directly for further information and pick the one that best suits what you’re looking for. Hope that helps, and perhaps we’ll see you soon!

Looks like a really cool facility! Just a question: why would a physio wear a dress while working? Also loved the "everyone who knows Nat knows Nat" truer words have never been spoken.

Thanks for your observation! You're absolutely right. In the video, Mind, who owns the physio, was just checking in on her staff that day, so she wasn't treating patients at that particular moment.
