Glad you’re sticking to your guns and not budging on price, you work extremely hard to make what you do! Glad you’re putting your mental health first as well and great to see you have someone at your side putting you first. This is all just a bump in the road Andy, take care mate 🍻

I think my biggest fear for you Andy is safety, such tight space can lead to accidents. Christ, I fall oven in my own garage 😂. Keep battling on, it will be fantastic once to push through into next door 🍺

Chin up mate, it will come good, you have a plan and in my experience plans like yours which rely on others frequently run over. But it will happen. 👍🏻😁

Hi Andy, I've never used a canning unit, so please ignore this comment if it doesn't apply or make sense in this situation. I'm watching the section where you've lost most of the keg into the bucket due to foaming. This sounds familiar with my bottling trials and tribulation many years ago. I force carb a small unitank, ie 20 litres, to around 1 bar at 3 degrees c, and then bottle with a Blichmann beer gun, so not dissimilar to your canning operation from a keg. I used to lose masses of beer, mainly on certain brews more than others, but quite regularly a huge problem. The entire issue was beer line length and hose bore for me. I replaced the original line with about 25 feet of 3/16 ID hose, which slowed the beer flow down sufficiently. Never had a foaming problem since. Your canning unit may take care of that already, but I figure I'd offer the suggestion anyway.

yes, I did this with the smegerator before I had flow restricting taps. Something like that will help. Need to try a few things out. Cheers

FWIW I wouldn't go for a wall covering, like PVC panels or stainless, go for tiles up about 3-4' if you can afford it. (is it MDF that the electrical panels are mounted to? If so get rid) ) If you cover it it may look nice but you will never see what horrors lurk beneath until it's too late.

Best type of business model. "In it for a laugh". Tough industry to be in but you seem pretty business savvy so I'm sure you get through this difficult period. Stay shilled...

Nice update Andy, having had the pleasure of spending a few days brewing with you at the brewery your frustrations are understandable bud, hopefully the landlord can get things cleared out for you sooner rather than later, just bell me when the time comes that you need a hand 👍

How about a "Help Brian fill his skip day". Can of Murgy for the first 37 wheel barrow loads, two cans if you fetch your own wheelbarrow. Ok... just an idea. Perhaps not of my better ones.

I can sympathise with your situation when working in my home brewery squeezed into my single garage that is also a workshop, bike storage and other general crap storage space! gets on your nerves just not being able to be organised and clear some working space. Showing the challenges warts and all (or should that be worts and all!🤦). As you say it's Important to maintain balance and take time out when needed or you'll risk losing your passion for what you'r'e doing and that would be a great shame.

Chin up Andy. Use the break to get some sun and reset, hopefully you have the keys after / shortly after you return then you can get your teeth stuck into it! Will be great when you have the other side! All the best.

It would be great to have some thing set up for Folk and Boat in June. Could you have outdoor tables if the weather is good? I'll certainly come down and have a few beers.
