Another great video Andy - sorry to see the ice damage: maybe some defrosting cable wrapped round the pipes, on a frost stat?

Perhaps you need to get into freeze distillation 😂
heat trace cables in winter are life savers!
You can do without the annual freezing & all the related problems it causes. I expect it would cost a fortune to heat the brewery to avoid it. Love the new intro by the way.
