It's funny how far esk8 has come in the last few years. So many boards now with more range and speed than anyone really needs. Hopefully in the next few years the board weight will get lower.

I love climbing hills on my diy mountain board. I’ve not been a skate boarder but since building it I love riding I’m able to get 40mph out of it it’s mad.

surprisingly, I've managed to go 40 mph on the stock setup. 175mm wheels though. I also manage a 40KM range (24 miles) on 175 wheels in 20C temps. 60~ KG rider.

I have this board, the acceleration is ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL. I consider myself a decent ish rider, yet I don't dare to ride this in R mode. I love the grip that rubber 125mm wheels offer, Overall awesome board, I absolutely love this.

I’ll I’ve in portland and looking to get my first esk8. Liking the looks of the AT boards due to the stability and bigger wheels. Valuing safety and not being a daredevill in the least, all these AT boards look the best. Want something that rolls well on pavement, but also imperfections and an occasional trail. Would you say this type of board is pretty good for Portland. Live in SW hills. Which AT board is your fave: Eovan, Zeus Pro, Meepo Hurricane, etc. like the idea of single kingpin on the Zeus Pro for stability. Also thinking of the Propel Endeavor. Do you think that board would be good in Portland?

All of those options sound great. I love the Eovan carbon and I have heard very good things about the meet hurricane. We are also going to be a reviewing a board pretty soon on the channel which I think will be fantastic and would check those boxes as well.

This board has 12s4p low end cells Panasonic cell (about 25A/motor). And it pushes like crazy. I have almost the same motors on the propel (same manufactuer, same weight 900g) and the torque is twice than the one of the propel. Are the panasonic underated ? The Eovan VESC is much better than the Flipsky 6.7 ? It makes no sense for me.

Im getting mine in approx a week. What do you think about the controller and power management. Some people complaining, and saying its “uncontrollable”..!?

@@joachimrydelius2125 Yes, but the problem is the remote control, it very very sensitive, so on top speed, little mistake will throw you out. But when you be came use to, it's so Funny🤣

Yes, you can manege will when you get use to. You can set the remote into your life style of riding, For me I ride on the lo modo for some days, now am riding spots modo.

so did u ever put it in R mode? u turn up the amps above 50a in R mode?

For some reason my remote has never turned on my GTS carbon super.... I have to turn the board on separately

@@DIYesk8Builders The Demon 2.0 was the first board that I had a great desire for and I was saving up for it. But Meepo did the Black Friday Hurricane thing and I couldn't pass that up.

I hate doing this, but I have to put the word out about Eovan Board. I purchased their GTS Carbon Super board for $1500 and never received it. l've spent months going back and forth with their customer service. They admit I've never received the board, and have promised a refund. It's been 11 months. Stay away from Eovan.
