Enya is quite reclusive and private. She does very few live performances....mostly benefits or for close friends. Considering the fact she plays all the instruments and "is" all the voices, it prolly would be kind of difficult anyways. Kitaro can pull it off but he is one of the really rare ones. And I agree....this performance is "sorta" live...she is there but the track is recorded

i never knew she sung Storms in Africa live. Or actually on stage. I guess people would have to be there to see if she did live. I'm sure there's some recording going on because there's "oo's" and "na na na na's" going on in the backround. She probably sang along, It's just hard to tell. idk, think whatever you want. Enya is great, it's so nice seeing a video of her that i have not seen yet.

I absolutely love Enya, and this track is awesome, but it's onfortunately true, what someone once told me after hearing this track, as I live in South Africa, this is not how real African music sounds like, but I prefer hearing African drums this way than the real way. This is much more beautifull!

@bakooi I've read somewhere in an interview that the time is right to go on tour, so possibly following the release of the next album? I hope so. I really want to see her badly.

She's gotten far! Look at her pian now.. But I'm sure she may have needed that keyboard for a diferent sound used..

Did ever a Roland D50 synthesizer work without any wire plugged into it? It is insulting how they made her fake a performance.

Weight a minut. Isn't she singing along to it/? Or is it jsust me? It's hard to tell since the sound quality is so poor.

@Narwal88 She can't make it sound like her recordings live because she layers her voice many times over synthesizer and so that's why it sounds like that but she is definately singing.

i see that too. hmmmm i wonder how she sounds like really live. coz i remember that one "live" outtake to "book of days" (with the silly string players) where the first few notes she sung were offkey. then suddenly she sounded on key the rest of the way. i think she stopped trying to sing over the track and just lipsynched her way through the song.

Her keyboards aren’t plugged into anything. She isn’t truly amazing singer but she does all work in studios.

I love Enya, but for those who think she is singing live, she is NOT. This is definitely a lipsynched performance.
