My beloved dog (and best friend) passed away after the holidays a few years back. This song captures our special moments outside late; us in the stillness of the luminous Maine winter night. Always a bittersweet reminder, I felt (and still feel) so blessed to have had the experience of having such a beautiful best friend.

A couple of times we have came dangerously close to me losing my life and, I still watch her deep concern and, her love for me.
