The actual deal is done off camera when things are put in writing, the deals on the show are handshake only. The right answer WAS to say yes, and fight it out later along with the million other details.

Naw, you say yes regardless. You still have to negotiate with them and put it in writing afterwards. The right answer WAS yes to get the handshake deal on TV, fight over the rest in private.
That entrepreneur was pretty patronising haha "nope that's not the right answer" (passively aggressively)

Actually found the guy very disrespectful, just because he's an inventor means he doesn't know what he wants for his business?, it's his decision for better or worse
