Story 1: Holy crap... the OP needs to go zero contact and disown the parents here and anybody who is defending them. This is one of the most vile things i've ever heard in my life. Suggesting a DNA test would've been bad enough, but to actually bring one in secretly, then take it without the OP's consent or knowledge? And wanting them to keep it secret from the wife? If i were the OP, i would've taken the DNA test away from the parents and gone and woken up the wife and say "look at this!". There is no way in hell i would let this slide and i would be doing everything humanly possible to keep them away from both children. This is beyond unacceptable. Story 2: Like i've said before; 'You cant help people that wont help themselves'. It almost sounds like this customer was a bit clueless with technology... but moreso willingly. Honestly, learn to read a map, be it google or a physical one.... or get someone to drive you instead. Some people are just too stupid. Story 3: Dear lord, this Karen was so stupid... moreso then the old lady in the previous story. Why do they always think that "speaking to the/your manager" is just magically going to get your way and intimidate someone? The more this woman complained and following the OP, i would've called security on her for harassment and possibly stalking. Story 4: It's always bad management/ownership that ruins everything. This owner is a complete moron and i'm really surprised the OP didn't snap and walk out here. The owner may have owned a bunch of places, but he's certainly not running them well. You really have to wonder how people like that get to be in positions like that. Hopefully the OP and the trainee can find better jobs and the owner's restaurants go under.

If you knew about the genetic diversity of humans as a whole you would. Or how women have a duel mating strategy. To try to put it simply, almost 99% of women that have lived to present have passed on their genetics. Only 40% of men have. The only way that is possible is for women to sleep around with that top 40% of men. Ie, the "Chad's". Recent studies found women cheat more as well. Unmarried is about 50/50. But married it's 70/30 women to men. It's only prudent to get a paternity test. Personally, they should be mandatory before the hospital even lets the man set eyes on the birth certificate.

The third story: what a massive control freak. Imagine being so miserable that a person has to try to ruin someone's day because they couldn't have their way. She sounds like the type to interpret anyone who tells her no as being willfully and purposefully mean to her. She sounds just like my late stepmom. She had no respect for boundaries, zero understanding that the word no is a totally valid response as well as a complete sentence and nothing resembling accountability for her. Always had to be right, could never be wrong, differences of opinion or even minor disagreements would start a debate, grow increasingly hostile and turn into an all-out war. I do not miss that witch.

They’re treating his wife like an outsider who didn’t need to know, but the OP would have been kept out the loop too. I bet they’d be offended if it happened to them, t they don’t want the drama and just want the OP to shut up and go along with it for their convenience

Even more, my sister's facial features look like my dads while mine look like my maternal grandmother's. I have my dad's nose and my sister has hazel eyes, not blue, but nobody thinks were full siblings. The neat thing abt genetics is that while generically, siblings can be p similar, visually, siblings are not gonna be perfect splits of their parents, and sometimes they won't even look like eachother. So op is nta and the mom is right to not want these weirdos near her kid. It does make me wonder if there's "other motivations" behind not believing the visibly poc kid isn't their grandkid

Why would the grandparents have ANY right to care if the child shares genetic material with anybody? Yes, it's possible that the child was conceived as part of an affair. So what? There are open relationships. Or maybe there was a sperm donor? The very most the GPs should be able to do is to suggest this to their son. If he doesn't want to do this, then they should drop it. As for telling him not to tell his wife, f*** that. When I was married, I told my wife everything. As a spouse should.
