It's been explained before as to why it will likely never happen, and it has to do with the underwater textures, that they would have to render, would overload the GPUs on the Series S and X, and on the PS4/5. They still haven't entirely fixed them on PC either.

That said, a clear majority of players wastly prefer the other ship types over carriers, and many are less then happy about how carriers are implemented in the game. Also, I never said I’m quitting. But I will take a brake from the game for a while.

How to slowly kill a game, but still make money: 1. Make a artillery based game. 2. Add CVs and break all balance. 3. Monetise the hell out of it (Prem. AA ships, GZ, Haku...) 4. Have overpriced characters with better stats than standard. (La Foudre, ARP/Musashi) 5. Not caring about your playerbase, but on your playerbase's wallet. 6. Adding a total of 0 new maps or PVP game modes in more than six months. 7. Be WarGaming. 8. ?????? 9. Profit! Your playerbase is still trowing money at you because reasons!?! (SECRET ENDING) 10. Add subs and wait for everyone to complain. 11. Create a brand new line to counter subs. 12. Release it on EA for juicy whale money. 13. PROFIT!!!

If they are keeping the pc traits there is a lot of bombs. The problem with them is that they are AP bombs with low penetration. It’s a killer for medium to light armored cruisers. Moderate to little damage for a BB. Its damage in the real game is about as much as an average salvo from a well aimed Plymouth salvo to them.

Hybrid battleships are extremely OP. But surprisingly it’s destroyers who will be most affected by these ships, the biggest problem with these ships is the spotting capability, whether or not legends will change the mechanics is still in question, but by my experience and that of many others, these hybrid ships are lethal in the right hands. I hope the spawn points will move further back if these ships are released

Basically a battleship but you can also launch planes to attack other ships like a CV squadron does. (But not like airstrike from dutch cruisers). In other words, another carrier but in the BB line.

​@hellcat0142 well if players knew how to play and did their ship roles it wouldn't be a problem. The last rework with the spotting nerf was unnecessary. All they had to do was implement the fuel mechanic, perma spotting solved, CVs at back of map solved.

Was a fun game before for the more casual player, although even the ranked season i played on pc went pretty well without much meta/effort/ digging around. Just trail and error and played what I was alright with. Been playing Legends on my dust collecting SeriesX before it just becomes one with dust and not that it should be considered a "heavy" game on the spec side of things, i was interesting to see all the options that alot of console games lack/limit. RTX/ Quality Mode/ 4k, zero performance difference from what I can tell without it, at least as far as the SeriesX goes. I know they always did incremental graphic updates but the waters under the right conditions are finally at like a Crysis (the game) level of fidelity. Only thing I've been curious about in the last few weeks is if they removed the Open Ocean map/ was never in Legends to begin with? Saw newer ones and all the same old ones. See ya on the high and shallow seas o7

​@@tyrekegordon2492it's based off the Florida cause Florida is actually a North Carolina Class battleship in our game back when North Carolina was supposed to have 14 inch guns till Japan broke a treaty and gave us the option for 16 inch guns and Florida as we see was also a design on paper too and they will have this new hybrid in tech tree plus Nebraska too cause Nebraska is a North Carolina Class battleship aswell but as a Hybrid

Hybrid Carriers We'll see if their spotting advantage holds up in Legends, though unlikely with carrier spotting mechanics now They may only be able to fully detect targets for themselves, and gives position reports to other players. Though they'll still be broken damage wise most likely

Damn I was hoping to catch a break from carriers for T7… Looks like my Battleships have to keep collecting dust. I ain’t getting focused anymore and dying by a carrier within the first 4min 😂

Think about it this way for basically the first minute of a match a bbv will probably use their strike first and autopilot into a position leaving your crusiers and destroyers to be free to close the gap with less fear of being dev struck because the bbv is using the strike and time to scout and damage with their planes and not their guns.

@@MoseLawson I gave a hypothetical as for the first thirty seconds most of the time you are waiting for ships to close into range and reveal themselves and based off of playing a cv it takes around 30 seconds per strike with around 5 seconds when launching and in the period when you are going back to your ship. So in that time where only battleships are spotted you might as well launch a set of planes.

@@MoseLawson all I am doing is theorizing on how things might go like everyone else does, bbv's will play like cv's with planes and the loss of control of your ship and a battleship with the deadly guns and armor.

I am going to call it now. Hybrid battleships will ruin the game. We already have issues with carriers doing too much damage and people camping in BBs so why not put the two together and make the ultimate cancer of both worlds?

Ummmm, what games have you been playing? For me the problem is DD's not spotting and cruisers sitting behind islands to much. Which alpt of the community runs into that. Now they've introduced a ship that can spot for itself and the team, and take care of the problem in 1 or 2 salvos. So I really don't see the issue here

@@Daddyd3eath13 The problem of BBs camping is all the time. Been a thing since 2021. The issue with Hybrid battleships is they devalue playing other ships. Why bother playing any other battleship when you can use one with planes? Or why bother using an aircraft carrier if there is a ship that does the same thing but also has battleship guns. Cruisers hide because they can not do much anymore as BBs run rampant now and they have poor armor.

@@godzillaiv2096 Do tell then why I barely see any cruisers and there is loads of battleships every match? Most Cruiser buffs are for AP shells so they do not hurt battleships as much. Also skills do not matter. It all depends on who uses the ship. You can have the best commander with the best skills and still lose to someone with a commander with weak skills.

All they had to do was add the fule mechanic to CVs and they would have been way more balanced. I play CVs just as much as any other ship, I understand their role. At this point I could make the game balanced. But no one listens to me. 😂

Give us the Rocket planes already the spoting being lost by CVs and spotting planes and the lowering of accuracy have given a huge buff to DDs, at least give us Rocket planes to better counter them. Edir I think we are getting rework of a ship the one on the far left at 1:08 as two 4 barrel turrets in the from no Hybrid on PC has that if I am right. I think this is going to be a Rhode Island rework so maybe a console only ship for a while as its a FL both are what a North Carolina could have been. Now the ships here of the Hybrids none is the Kearsarge as none of the turrets looks match or the duel guns, I think from left to right we got, A Rhode Island rework maybe the tier 6, next is Nebraska as the duels we see look to be in the right spots so the tier 7, Delaware the tier 8 from how it looks, and the Louisiana as the Legendary ship for the bureau, Kearsarge I think well be a store ship,
