RIMPAC 2024 Kicks Off! Global Warships Gather at Pearl Harbor for World's Largest Maritime Exercise
International warships arrive at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii in preparation for Exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2024.
RIMPAC 2024 features 29 nations, 40 surface ships, three submarines, 14 national land forces, more than 150 aircraft, and 25,000 personnel participating in the world's largest international maritime exercise in and around the Hawaiian Islands from June 27 to Aug. 1.

Yes, we'll see where the USA goes if Trump regains the Presidency. He's clearly stated that he wants to leave NATO and he does not believe in multilateral alliances. Will the US bounce? We're not sure.

過去の日本の参加艦艇を調べれば分かるけど、基本的にほぼ毎回イージス護衛艦（DDG)１隻は参加してるので、何らかの理由がない限りはDDG1隻は派遣するって言うのが決まってるんじゃないかなと。

sadly the Philippines will not be going to send any of their ships this year because of the west philippine sea/south china sea conflicts currently happening but they'll send some personnels to witness the exercises
