Real isn't really reality anymore. It's a fantastic way to subvert an entire population, the other two world super powers are using tech to better their moral foundation. Considering that you think you are the sex opposite of your actual sex... yes, you are hearing things. Of course you are very much real -- so is gender dysphoria and other kinds of mental health conditions. Who said you were not real? He's saying there's no such thing as a "trans community", and he is right: Nobody trans agrees on what "trans" is, because it's 100% made up, and therefore it can mean whatever any given individual wants it to mean.
