Sol is honestly always unprepared. He does not even know what to ask. He does not do research on the guest before the interview. Really if Dineo gave him too much time, the show will be so boring.

What an amazing interview. To the people who say that Sol can't even make a joke, didn't Enhle state that she still has triggers? Even though she did say that she's learning to control herself from being triggered, there was no need for that "tea, coffee" joke. Might be sense of humor to him and that's okay, but he must realize that it might be a trigger to her.
