Wow I love every video you make, that's so much content that I need to repeat it lot of times in order to assimilate and internalize everything. I am seeking a way for improving my English skills on communicating. Unless I am able for understanding almost everything I hear, I find it so difficult for memorizing new information and reproducing them... Sincerely I feel I kind of stuck in a level that I can't go further ( or maybe I am just a little exagerated because it lasts only 3 months since I returned for my studies on English Language, :D)

We are in the middle of end-year performance review and 360 feedback process now, and this lesson is a huge help to smooth those process. I especially like the strategies of "embracing negative forms of positive words" and "using ' I 'and validating 'you' " . I will implement them more in my day-to-day communication.

Many times, I felt that I could not realize what people said actually were rude until later around, my instincts told me that person wasn't friendly. Or, sometimes I could feel the person wasn't friendly speaking but I didn't know how to respond assertively without obviously offending someone who was rude to me. That has been a huge problem.

Hi, thank you so much for your note! I'm thrilled that you've found my lessons and that this one was helpful to you. Thank you also for your suggestion. It's a great one. Could you tell me a little more? For example, do you regularly provide feedback to your boss? Or does your boss request feedback from you? I'd love to learn a little more so I can think about how to best approach a lesson on that topic.

Thank you. Can you tell me what kind of feedback your boss is looking for? Is it status updates on a project? Feedback on how your boss is doing?
