Kelly wasn't offside, ref ruled she had obstructed the keeper. x

No rule against standing in an "offside" position, unless you interfere with play of block the keepers line of sight. She did neither.

it's not line of sight, it's if she was interfering with play, which on this occasion the referee decided she was.@@delcat8168 The ref had a shocker all round for both teams.

@@SirXcalibur No she wasn't. Look again. The ball was coming from the keepers right (from about a 2 o'clock position). Cloe Kelly was at about a 10 or 11 o'clock position). (that is taking a line down the middle of the pitch at 12 o'clock)

I don't know why Daly's goal was ruled out because the player in the offside position didn't interfere in the play

It is a matter of interpretation by the ref. Some refs allow it some don’t. It should be sorted

She stepped over right in front of the keeper, blocking both her view and ability to move. Definitely a 50/50 call, but one that is perfectly fine to call.

Lucy Bronze is a good backline defender, being way upfront like an attacker she is way out of position; she can never get back on "D". If Lucy continues to play like this out of position England will lose.

In modern football players move and rotate, if she goes forward someone should hold back (say a defensive midfielder). In the same way that wingers swap wings.

Love the way that header was attacked after her first goal was ruled offside (almost identical to Johnny Evans I feel), but there was no way that second was going to be in doubt!!

These are Women's UEFA matches. Go to their web page to find that info. If you live in Europe these matches are broadcasted live and maybe streamed by each countries TV provider.

Sirina I have some great news for you and the girls and that is that Leah Williamson has medically accessed and the medics have said Leah also had a scan just as protcal,. Medics Leah is well enough re join the squad, and start training,. I thought that might be a bit of boost for you ,. In about 4 weeks time from now they reckon Beth and Hannah will be fully recovered and be able to play with squad once again Jess is going to be slightly longer because she had more sivere injury than the others, she's hi in spirits and her recovery is going well
