材料 Ingredients:
七十克粘米粉 70g Rice flour
二十克粟粉 20g Corn starch
十克澄粉 10g Wheat starch
三十克煮熟了紅豆(高速鍋煮十五分鐘,或普通鍋煮約五十分鐘) 30g cooked red bean (cook for 50 minutes, or 15 minutes with a pressure cooker)
約五十克赤砂糖 About 50g brown sugar
適量生油 Cooking oil
四個小型碗 4small bowls
三百毫升清水 300ml water

如果做2倍分量,蒸2次。 是否加熱的糖水混合粉漿要分2次做?要在蒸第2次砵仔糕前才混合?還是可以2倍份量粉漿一起混合預先準備? 多謝指導,十分喜歡妳教的食譜?清晰易明。100Like .

無意間看到您做豆腐花的影片~又看到下面有砵仔糕的影片馬上點來看~以前我看港片有時會看到砵仔糕好想吃吃看~我男友是香港人~我跟男友說去香港時想吃~但他說現在很難找到了~他自己沒有很喜歡吃所以說還好~但我很想吃吃看~現在可以自己在家做來吃了~謝謝你的影片
