I made cookie box in 3 different flavors.

100g unsalted butter
60g powder sugar
Lemon zest
1 egg yolk
130g cake flour
35g ground almonds
■Plane cookie
80g unsalted butter
30g powder sugar
15g egg white
100g cake flour
10g ground almonds
■Strawberry icing
20g powder sugar
1g freeze dry strawberry powder
3ml ~ lemon juice
freeze dry framboise
■Cocoa cookie
80g unsalted butter
30g powder sugar
15g egg white
90g cake flour
10g ground almonds
7g cocoa powder
