    +gubbarune For the most part, people hate the owners themselves. It really has nothing to do with the car. A large percentage of owners tend to be very arrogant, obnoxious, and love to over-hype their car. This of course does not apply to all, or even most owners. The annoying ones just tend to stand out.

    +gubbarune I'll add to confirm the view. Cars are great, reliable and huge fun to drive but most people who drive the Type Rs around here are clowns. I would therefore feel like a clown being seen in one.

    This shows how crazy capable Evos are. This is bone stock as well; throw a bigger rear sway bar to get rid of understeer,some coilovers and some nice square setup tyres and the evo turns into a monster.

    The Mine's R34 is one of tje fastest street JDMs and it got smoked by an Evo 6 on Tsukuba. Evo VI is really a monster when tuned. I won't forget the time we toured the Nür in an M5 competition and got smoked by an Evo V

    +MyRally I used to have the original tape, and near the end Tsuchiya does a full lap by himself in the EVO. They show the in car video and he was driving at the limit yet commenting. Such a mature, developed driving technique he has. I don't think Senna could have driven that car any faster.

    Gan-San is an expert with the Honda NSX and S2000. His driving style is a perfect match for both and it clearly shows by the results. This track had to many sections where the evo was able to accelerate mid corner while the NSX had to use throttle control or easing off on those S turns. The evos of that time were smaller and lighter than what we have now making it a deadly rival on factory tires with the rivals having limited grip.

    +Chris H my observation is=the integra performance was closer to the first group and not the mid and higher class. For sure th if the ITR was in the first group it would have stayed close to the top til the end.

    f2b.....f20bEG Yeah that is true. I feel the same way. The ITR and CTR were the best bang for the buck performance wise for younger people that can't afford the more expensive cars yet. In your opinion what do you think is better a s2000 or rx7. For my next car in couple years trying to decide. The rx7 I think handles better

    The integra is actually one of the best handling FF cars, it feels like an FR handling, somehow managed to get a lot of understeer out of it's way.

    Surprising outcome, I didn't expect the Evo to fare as well as it did. I expected the nsx and rx-7 to be at the top, evo behind due to it's similar power but heavier weight and higher CG.. interesting though, I enjoyed it. Thanks for uploading!

    If you look up the specs, you will quickly notice why it won. It has 30 more bhp than the NSX and Supra, and 50 more than the RX 7. And weighs about the same(This is Evo VI RS after all, which has practially no interior).

    Supra did VERY good ! Great handling on the track. It was about to pass the S2k but race ended. RX-7 did somewhat poor. The Evo turbo motor and AWD did well the NSX was is the best track car here in stock form. MR-S light weight and RWD great combo.

    im not really a honda fans im more in toyota/nissan guy.. but after seing more racing video im asume that honda really make a better car then other car brand.. on track the honda really rule other cars even with their 1.6/1.8 engine.. honda is really make a good car.. i got new respect for them now,

    Honda make the best engines, toyota make better overall cars. Ive owned a 90s toyota and own a 90s civic now (both basically stock). The toyota was smooth and refined for daily driving, the honda is loud on unrefined under normal driving. That said, Neither brand will steer you wrong.

    The evo' s awd light weight , and turbo gave it the edge on this one , very little steering correction due to the all-wheel drive, as for the nsx , constantly had to correct . Nice video 👌👏

    Damn the Evo did good, in battle with the Nsx for the entirety of 3rd lap and even managed to create some gap before the uphill straight, well considering it's made for rally really helps out a lot except on the straight. Both the Evo and the Nsx are also the RS and S-Zero trim with ±1280kg.

    I appreciate that they addressed the NSX being under-tired for the chassis' ability. IIRC the pre-facelift S Zero would've still had only a 245 rear at that point. The Facelifted cars including the NA2 Type R got 215F / 255R in a very grippy compound.

    EVO a crossover? Evo was discontinued and the name remains in history,don't think they will tarnish the name by putting it on a base car.They did make the Eclipse a crossover tho............

    I'll guess my choice from cheap class was the Toyota MRS Spyder, mid class was the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI while the rich class was the Honda NSX.
