HI SIR .I STRUGGLE ALOT WITH PHYSICS ALTHOUGH I LIKE PHYSICS VERY MUCH BUT UNFORTUNATELY FOUND NO TEACHER IN PHYSICS THROUGHOUT MY ACADEMIA.I ALWAYS STOPS ON YOUR LECTURES AND COMPREHEND THEM THOROUGHLY AND EVEN I BECAME CAPABLE WITH TEACHING TECHNIQUE .NOW IM TEACHING MY UNIVERSITY FELLOWS AND THEY ALSO APPRECIATE MY TEACHING METHODS AND THEY HAVE SCORED 95% IN PHYSICS .ALL THIS CREDIT GOES TO YOU SIR .AFTER STUDYING YOUR LECTURES INTERNAL STUDY QUESTIONS START BURSTING OUT ABOUT PHHYSICS AND IT MAKES US CURIOUS.STAY BLESSED SIR ..LOVE FROM PAKISTAN

Suppose the spring has suffered some plastic deformation whilst stretching it, am I right to think that total energy would have considerable be changed(transformed i.e heating,..), therefore how does the energy relates to the harmonic motion. Thanks in advance.
