why does the velocity is Max when it comes back to x=0 1:56. Thank you prof.

Since the spring has no energy in it at this point, all the energy is in kinetic energy of the block, hence max speed. Cheers, Dr. A

If I want to consider the mass of the spring, do I just have to add to it the block's mass?

Why this equation 1/2mv^2 = 1/2 K x^2 turn into this v^2= k/m . X^2
