@@robh9581 for men the most important measurements is around the belly at the widest point usually at belly button height for women we use small waist

Hey! I wanted to ask that do you get hungry or do you starve yourself? I want to start your rapid fat loss journey aswell but, usually your food seems way too less. No hate btw, love ur vids bro

No, hunger is very minimal. If you get really good sleep it’s not a problem

Oh my gosh of you're doing 1100-1300 cal and you're 180cm tall, holy heck what about a short person !! What do they eat 😢 Coukd you do the same video but for femalw please? - you mentioned the measurements at the end and said female is a bit different.. cheers.

He’s mentioned he’s pretty sedentary most of the week I believe, if you’re more active it should still be around the same range
